Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko is not in a hurry to see if he will turn to coaching after his retirement, and wants to gain experience as a player first. But if he is to look at which team has the most potential to become a coach, it has to be Jorginho.

Ukrainian Zinchenko left his homeland to pursue his football dreams at the age of 11 or 12. Through his experience in several European leagues and a variety of skilled coaches, he has developed into a national team captain at the age of 27.

With his outstanding personality, he is seen as having the potential to become a future coach, but Zinchenko doesn’t want to look that far ahead and is cheering for the Italian, who is a Euro 2020 champion, to be closer to that role.

“I hope I still have a long way to go as a professional footballer,” he said on his official website.

“There is plenty of time to play as a player, but it is also true that I have the thought in my head that one day I will be able to become a coach.”

“Because I want to be in the football industry, but to be honest, I still can’t say when I will change direction.”

“I have learned from many managers that I have worked with throughout my career. They are all different, have different team compositions, but the common denominator is that they are full of desire. They are very demanding, passionate about winning games.”

“If we look at the players in our squad right now, who would be the best head coach in the future? It has to be Jorginho.”

“He has a brilliant football brain UFABET. Everything he says makes sense, and I learn from him too.”

Zinchenko has played a role as an inverted left-sided full-back for Arsenal, who opened the new season with a 2-0  win over Wolves.
