Burnley manager Sean Dyche has revealed he is satisfied with the performance of his players. Even if the results are not as desired.

“We have been here twice and have had great results. But tonight was not even close to the number of opportunities we had,” Dyche told Amazon Prime.

“Overall I am satisfied with the results. I don’t think being out of the field for 18 days is one of those reasons. We have to deal with it. We were hit with coronavirus and injuries but we had a team that could play, Aaron Lennon doing well, looking sharp and doing what we wanted to do. The details in the game are what hit us.

“We intend to continue. Two may return because of the coronavirus situation and Maxwell Corknet may return, we will wait and see.
