Lukaku has been outstanding for Inter Milan as the club won the Italian Serie A title last season. But then shock fans to choose to move back to Chelsea again this season.
However, Chelsea’s side didn’t go as smoothly because of injury problems and didn’t score as many goals as they did in Italy.

That injury kept him out until late November, at which point he was eased back into first-team action by Blues head coach Thomas Tuchel. However, his rehabilitation was curtailed by a bout of Covid in mid-December.
Lukaku has returned from that latest setback with two goals and an assist in consecutive games and looks back to his best.
“I think everything that happened last summer was not what I wanted it to be with the way I left Inter, the way I left the club. What I communicate with Inter fans It bothered me too because it wasn’t the right moment.”

“So I want to apologize to the Inter fans. What you guys did for me will always be in my heart.”
